Shri Mukesh Singh-IPS, Additional Director General of Police , Jammu Zone today honored Miss Summara Shakeel who is a #tribal girl from #Kathua and secured 99.2% marks in 10th Class examination. Summara achieved this despite of hardships and difficulties faced by her on personal front. Mr. Singh wishes her all the success in future endeavors and to see her fulfill her dreams of becoming a doctor. A Cash #Reward of Rs. 10,000/- was also given to the said girl to encourage and boost her morale.
